Hello,. Any one out there got an A - van with bendix power steering ? The type that bolts to the drag link at one end and the pitman arm at the other. I need a new ball joint thats at the front of the unit and a repair kit for the rest. I think my control valve may be a bendix # 126342. I'd be glad if anyone could shed light on what other vehicles used the same part. Cheers. Simon.

Re: A100 power steering problem
all i can add is the system is quite simmilar to ford "mustang and other model" cars from the 60's and 70's so try to expand your search to them for parts. good luck

Re: A100 power steering problem
Ford used the power assist (different than a power box) and the earlier vettes and other chevys did too. A search using the name and number came up with this

I'm sure there will be others, contact them and see what will get you back on the road!
