MY NEW 1964 GMC VAN , WELL NEW TO ME

Just picked her up over the holidays, only drove her 30 miles before sending unit went out . Was hoping not to have to trailer but live and learn. Looking forward to doing some camping , and spending time to get her running well enough to drive down to TN. Original moter

having a mechanic look her over , breaks are on the top of the list. along with seat belts, will be spring before she is ready for the road , want to take it slow and make sure get all the bugs out before driving anywhere. But overall its in good shape.

SWEEEEET!! dig that interior!! is the stereo controllable from the nest in back?? looks like you can keep yer stove and camp chairs ect. ect under the bed, are you gonna build a tent/screenroom to connect to the side?

the radio is only controlled from the front , but there is a connection to the antenna in the back for a tv. though about adding an canvas awning , but will have to wait until she is running well enough and i trust it enough to take a trip or two to see what it needs. plenty of room under bed in back for just about anything would need camping. just need the warmer weather.

its the 3rd vehicle have picked up on ebay, was not far from where i spent Christmas, could not resist was watching it for over a month before i bid on it. amassing what you can find on line these days
