    Bill,
This is what I have and it will cut through most "ANY" part of our vans.

    http://www.homedepot.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10051&langId=-1&catalogId=10053&productId=100618894

I also have an cordless 18v DeWalt for places I can't plug-in (Junk Yards).

But one of the most important things is like Chris said, get the "Best" blade you can. You'll be glad you spent the extra few bucks, it will save you hours of frustration!

    Dan

So what do you think is wrong with your saw? does it stop moving and stick or is the blade movement sloppy or loose? Good blades are really important, they last longer and don't bend easily,,,,,,,and you need to match the Teeth Per Inch to the thickness of the metal that you are cutting,,,,,,,I kind of like the saws that use a lever to release the blade rather than the allen wrench set screw that is on mine right now. And its good to have variable speeds, but I run mine on high all the time,,,,,,I ain't got all day,,,,,,,,,

These blades seem to work well for us:

    http://www.amazon.com/Milwaukee-Tool-48-00-5787-Sawzall-Blades/dp/B002KKONCO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=industrial&qid=1257205033&sr=8-3

We usually use cordless 18V DeWalts, but a 110V Milwaukee SawZall with the counter weight and oscillating feature is faster and easier on the arms.

I'm with Dan, the milwaukee eats vans up, and you can spin the trigger to different angles. Mine has eaten 2 vans with no problem with good blades, the extra money for blades is well worth it in time saved.
