Greg we have quite a few southern vanners here. I'm sure it would help your cause if you could post what your thinking here. When and where???? Get with smiley & Mac and make some sort of plan. Really great seeing something being planned in the South. And after your event it would be cool to see some pictures here. (I know VCVC will have them)

oo3, Mac and I were recently talking about the same thing. I suggested Flint Creek, http://www.phwd.net/parks/flint%20creek/default.asp . It is about 90 miles from N.O. and about the same from Mobile. I have been there and it is a really nice camping area. They have cabins also, for the softies.

    hey Greg,
As far south as Wiggins is you could have it later in the year when things are getting cooler up north. My suggestion would be to have it the same weekend as the Cruisin' the Coast event. Can you imagine all the guys that show up for the evant cruising into town in one long caravan! Thousands of spectators! You could call it 'Crashin' the Coast'!
    http://www.cruisinthecoast.com/
It's almost an 8 hour drive for me, but I think it would be worth it! Just have to decide if I'd drive the Chevy or the Ford or to pull one of them behind my MetroVan!

    Keep us posted!
