yup feels like a flat tire= ball n trunion is shot, gets worse when down shifting too! Its an obsolite part most early mid 60s dodge cars ect had them. Once in a while a rebuild kit showes up on fee-bay or craigslist. around $100+ dollars. I had my driveshaft modified for a u joint at a driveshaft shop. Cost me around $ 230. Any good driveshaft shop can do it.

i'm with ben on this one.......spend more time looking for an old slip joint style front u-joint than a boot for your ball and trunion. i have an old shaft with one on it but i don't think i could get it off without it falling apart. the cross pin is usually siezed and very hard to remove.
