Re: hot rod magazine
Well, costs range from $1000 for a used six-cylinder van in good shape to over $4500 for a new super-trick van complete with air conditioning. By the time you throw in $300 for wheels and tires, $400 for an interior and another $200 to $300 for an exterior, you are starting to talk about some long green. Regardless of the expense, a deluxe interior is necessary.
ROFLMAO!!!
A little behind the times but a good read none the less, thanks.

The navigation is a bit rocky, so if you click on the "Five Images gallery" link, the text on those pages is from 1971 in Hot Rod Magazine....I was 15 at the time and already certain that my first vehicle HAD TO BE a windowless van....articles like this galvanized my resolve...
