    Interchange Parts for a 1967 G10 Empty Interchange Parts for a 1967 G10

    Hi All,

Recently bought a 1967 Chevy G10 from a woman who owned it for the last 47 years. She's in pretty decent shape but the engine is kind of a Frankenstein if you know what I mean. Bottom end is, I think, the original 6-230, top end I'm told is from a 6-250.

I need a new/used exhaust manifold but cannot find one. I was looking through Hollanders Interchange (37th Ed.) to see what other vehicles use the same part and according to the manual, Chevy trucks '66-'67, Camaro '67, Chevelle '66-'67 all use the same exhaust manifold (same engine).

Am I reading that right? If so, then this EM should fit my van - https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=990199&cc=1321210&pt=5860&jsn=942&jsn=942

What about my steering column (3sp Muncie)? It needs either complete rebuild or replacing.

Leaf springs? After market or fabricate new ones?

Thanks a bunch guys, my apologies if these questions have been answered before. I did search previous posts but no luck finding answers to my questions.

    Cheers,
    Trent

    Hi Trent....welcome
Depending on your skills.... the Rock Auto manifold might need fiddling with. Ive heard of stories where the castings weren't great and the ears needed grinding/filing.....you won't know till you get it. You can get a used manifold from:

    https://www.12bolt.com.

It might need leveled, but it'll bolt-up without as much hassle (being a for-real GM casting)

Column/Shifter/Muncie (with factory hanger) are all van specific...as is our steering boxes.

Leaf springs (all 4 corners) are van specific too....and not available off-the-shelf.

You could try to get a parts van....or also go to:
