So would a stock 6 cylinder auto trans and auto column setup from a 64-66 model be a direct bolt in to a 67-70 model G van? I assume all the fiberglass trim would interchange??? Since Kris bought the 67 Sportvan and I know where a deluxe early one is he may want to swap some parts if its do-able. Also I assume the 67 would have a dual master and are there replacements readily available or would you have to have it sleeved or do a conversion? G-vans obviously arent my specialty.

Re: Parts interchange?
Yes it will bolt in but the 1st gen had a 2 speed trans and the 2nd gen came with a 3 speed trans so the shifter will be different. I also think the L6 from the 1st gen is smaller cube then the L6 in the 2nd gen.
Yes the 2nd gen has a two circuit master cylinde and they are availible new and/or rebuilt.
Not 100% sure on the inner trim, somedoby told me the rear side window is a different size. Can somebody else conferm this?

Re: Parts interchange?
Tim check the trans in the 67 sportvan. My 67 auto was the two speed power-glide. Not sure what year they converted to the three speed like M1D mentioned.

The 67 is a stick. I was just wondering in case his wife wants to convert it to auto. Are all the I 6 bell housing patterns the same on these? Will a 64 style mate up to the 67-70 style?
