65 BB van.  Didn't really want to drill holes in my doors But I like them.
My friend Kip didn't want to use these on his van  after he had it painted (drill holes)

    Looking sharp!

Yes I had Rich (VanAgain) drill mine, too small for my old eyes. He is a perfectionist... so that is the person to have drill holes in my van!

Ugh!! Worse was when I did the Antenna install all ALONE. I was really scared measured four times... drilled carefully. But, I did it and I am proud of that feat! I usually can do what I attempt. But when drilling three large holes for the antenna... wow I was lucky.

    they do look good.
I took the plunge and bought those ones on ebay.
around 350 Canadian by the time the dust settles !!
    dam Canadian peso Smile
I wonder if I can use industrial grade silicon instead of drilling ?

No just use #6 stainless steel. They are small and it is not hard, just tap in the holes with an awl before drilling. I am sure you are good. cheers
The holes are so small if you decided to remove the shades you could fill them without seeing it at all. #6 is tiny... and only 3 holes. I think you will be pleased with the look, especially on the Red it will pop. And there are less and less available. The time to but it when you see it! LOL
I bought mine 3 years ago... had not seen them till you asked.

    Very Happy

    Yes, you had perfect timing.
Once you start the design, it will be simple to reproduce at a much better price. Good luck post pictures!!

If you're going to do window shades, you've got to do the windshield visor imo.

Yes do that too. And... and... LOL you will have a full time job! When I bought my first Chevy back in 1978. You could actually still order OEM parts from the Chevy house. I bought a floor mat for the front!
Called and they made it sent it from the manufacturing plant, I think in Chicago? Wow, I should have bought 100 of those, and those window shades, and the Venturi-vents!!! Hind sight is always 20/20
What should I buy today? Nothing everything is made poorly. Those days are gone when you could buy quality products that last. I sound/
am so old now, aren't I?... dam time... it keeps going by faster and faster.
