I took some pictures of the build tags (not VIN or body tag on the driver side wheel well area) located on the passenger side. There are two, one from the state of California and one says Family Wagon Compact Equipment Co. of Irwindale, CA.
Does anyone know more about the company that built these conversions? Curious to see how many were built in California. Here's the information on the green tag:
