    Hello all,

I'm new here and just picked up a '69 A108 Travco Family Wagon. It has 47,xxx miles, 318, 727, 3.55 gears, power brakes, manual steering. It had been sitting for a couple years prior to me getting it. No rust which is great! Rebuild the carb, cleaned the tank, flushed the fuel lines and it started right up. Bled brakes and they are working ok. The original cabinets are still there but in rough shape. The sink and water tank are there and good shape. Stove is gone. Wife and I are figuring out how we want to lay out the interior now. Will have to figure out something for rear seats/bed. Overall it's in pretty good shape and we love it! I've had several other 60's Dodges and am excited to finally have an A van.

Thanks! I bought it from a big Mopar guy in Kerrville, TX. I paid $4500 for it. Whether that was too much or not I don't know. Guess it doesn't matter much to me since it's what I was looking for an not too common.

I'll get some pics up this afternoon. Haven't gone over the system too much so just know what I've seen by crawling underneath. Two brake boosters mounted under the floor, above/near the trans. Guessing one is front and the other rear. All drum brakes, though. Was power brakes not common? Maybe it was a Travco added option during the conversion?

Here's a few interior and brake booster pics, albeit crappy ones. The brake boosters are above either side of the trans tail shaft bolted to one of the crossmembers. What percentage of A vans had power brakes?
