Hey Vanners I've been making floor pans for the early models for the last few years but I'm not sure how well spread that information has been. Here's some photos of my work. I make these by hand with my planishing hammer & pullmax machine. If you have questions please ask. As a standard I make the pans 2" in to the toe board and about 18" back from that line. Within those dimensions a full width cab floor is around $400. A left or right side pan is $200. The main idea is to get you some fresh floor just past the front corners of the engine cover & wheel tubs. I can make you additional pieces or height if your floor is more rusted. In some cases factory bead details are substituted for details that add ease to manufacturing as these are quite labor intensive. These omissions do not sacrifice quality or fit. The goal is to give you a quality piece that fits good and performs just as intended at a reasonable price.

Nice work! My 67 is starting to develop a couple of pin holes in the passenger side. When do you decide to make the repair?

You might want to try emailing him... He once listed his email address on this site as customvanner@gmail.com

Hope this helps and if it does, please confirm that the email is correct. If you go to the members tab at the top of the page, you can type in his username, matchstickcustoms and either show all of his posts to see some of his other offerings or you can Private message him. I think you might get a quicker response with an email. Very Happy
