So, had the van nearly a year, lots done to the chassis and mechanicals, new eleccy loom and gearbox rebuild. Next job interior.....

Great plan of attack...get the mechanicals squared away and then do the Fun stuff to make it your own! Please post more pictures as you progress. We love seeing the ideas and creativity that people come up with.

Thanks, I had the front seats covered during the mechanical 'phase' as was desperate to drive it!! But, yeh, other than upgrading the carb the fun stuff starts now. Have the original bench seats so those will be recovered in OG vinyl (SMS auto fabric). Will post the pics up as I go along...

Nice Patina, looks pretty straight and all the parts are there, reminds me of mine.
I love the roof rack too.

Thanks, i think the rack is from an Impala. Apart from a few 'air vents' which to be fair are small the bodywork is in really good shape, considering it was in a Kansas field for years!! Have been following your build on VCVC and it looks epic, well done. Also, dropped you a line ref carbs!
