Need some Michigan vanners for a charity concert

I was contacted by a band today looking for some vintage vans to come to there concert. Free addmission to the vanners. The shows in Highland , MI and its for supporting the troop. It's @ 8:00 pm Saturday nite here a link to the bands web site. They only play tunes from 1967-69

G-Man, I would LOVE to take my van to the event but unfortunately or fortunately I have to pick my wife up from the airport that evening. I may do a drive-by before I have to head to the airport. [b][i]On such short notice I was able to get two of us there. It was for a great cause. The money went to Brain Injury Association of Michigan. Gary and his friend came along with myself and we had a Great!!! time watching the Magic Bus Band. That band Rocked the house for 4 hours alot of great 60's tunes you just don't hear much. Like Three Dog Nite, The Guess Who etc.... Talked with Mark from the band and they are going to have other concerts this summer and again they will be looking for vintage vans again. As soon as I get dates I will post them. It will be in July sometime.

Gary and myself got there and they had us park at the doorway where everyone was to going in.

There was a cool Willy's Jeep there also


The livingston Co./ Fowlerville Fair Queen was there also (Drive 50 miles away and have our local pageant winner there)

Can't tell you enough how great the band was. Look forward to seeing them again

Wanted to add this there was one girl who liked the back of Gary's van so much that she asked Gary if she could get her boyfriend and Do it in the back and said Gary could watch LOL

That was an interesting offer to turn down.
But then if she'd offer to anyone of us.................

This is another charity event and it will be at

Roseville, MI

The concert is at 7:00- 8:30 pm Be there @ 6:00pm

If you can make this let me know because I'm going to try to make it there also

If the UPS man shows up with my new carb by then I'll have the van, otherwise it's just me and the wife.
