If I have a 250 and want to drop in a 350 do I have to change the motor mounts?

I might need to transport a 250 long distance and am looking for something the eninge can ride in for the trip. I figure something like whats in this picture would be best, but everyone makes them for small blocks, they dont say if they will work with a Inline 250.

I just lay those 6 bangers on their side when hauling them. Just use an engine hoist to get it in the truck bed and then gently roll it on it's side when your lowering it. Might have to put a few blocks up by the head. But it's always worked for me.

Just flop it on its side... drain the oil out so it doesn't leak. set it on a tire so not to scratch your truck or the engine... strap it down with a racheting strap. You're good to go across the country.
