    Well, the electric power steering conversion was a winner so I started looking for an electric brake booster and here it is.  http://abspowerbrake.com/maincatalog_frameset.html
    I didn't see anything about pricing but the frame mounted unit looks promising. Scroll down to page 42 to check it out.
