Re: Weather stripping
I used the same stuff you found on eBay for my doghouse lid seal and a few patches in the door seals. Worked fine. Comes in several sizes too.

Re: Weather stripping
Went out and started to clean off the old weather stripping to prep for the new to go on tomorrow. Noticed there was weather stripping around the door, and weather stripping on the inside door frame(body). If you are standing looking in towards the seat, the weather stripping goes from the top left corner, and on down the a-pillar to about the top door hinge.
Is there supposed to be weather stripping on the inside door frame(body), and the door frame? Or is this something the previous owner may have done to double up the seal?
The kit I bought from SR only had seals for the doors.
