I used the old glovebox as a pattern to make one out of cardboard, test fit and bought some thin .032 aluminum to make a new glovebox. I cut it out with shears and bent it by hand using a couple of wood blocks, I covered the inside while bending knowing it would be harder when complete. It came out OK but I think I can do better. It's in the Van and will work.
