I've got the same boxes on my 1963 ePup. Most likely a Pacific Bell truck. Mine still has the original step bumper in the rear.

And another one (1965-1966 Heavy Duty). It does have the original step bumper. Notice the step bumper that came with the utility boxes hangs real low. The brackets do not go through the rear valence panel, they curve up underneath.

This was on CA Craiglist a few months ago for around $12,000 if I remember correctly. I talked to the owner for a while. He showed me full resto before and after pics. This new owner must have planned to flip it.
