VistaVan of Canada? Empty VistaVan of Canada?

Post by RipVanArkie Mon May 11, 2009 5:44 am

Does anyone know someone with a VistaVan, seems like there was a discussion years ago? I'd like to find out what the number is on the upper windshield.

    Any leads would be great!

Just missed it, there was a listing (now gone) for what appeared to be a 1967 Vistavan on Kijiji here in Toronto that was featured at the 1967 worlds fair in Montreal. The owner did not call it a Vistavan but it had the same shape to it including the rear. It might come up again as the owner wanted $4900 for it and it was not in the best of shape.

Cool, if I could get that number from the glass, I might be able to duplicate the top, looks pretty simple.

    Thanks,
    Rip

It's not for me... I think it's a fugly beast!

I'll just go through life banging my head on the ceiling I guess!

I think it could be nice, if it followed the original lines... a little more subtle a hightop...
