drive shaft and fuel pump

Starting to put back together the '63 E-100 project. Took most of it apart last October. Need some help. Can't remember, which part of the drive shaft connects to the rear end, the short shaft or the long piece? And which part of the fuel pump does the line from the gas tank hook up to? Thanks

Long piece attaches to the diff, slider to the trans
