    Hope it is OK to post this here guys. I just found out I am short a rather important part - the belly pan. I think it may be necessary as I am putting in a bigger motor (194 vs 292) and the extra cooling may be necessary.
    If you know of one or know of a link to get one, I would be grateful! I scoured the whole forum but the closest I found was an old post on a Gen2.

    Not easy to come by, can be fabricated by a metal working pro like yourself. Pan is a must for proper cooling, even the 194 and there are two side extensions called splash shields that also aid in cooling.

    I'll have to get my engine in there (hopefully tomorrow) and see what it will take. I'd really like to see how they are installed if someone has a pic. Better yet, if someone has a pic of something that would work even better. Smile
    This would be the time to put in a "tunnel" but, I guess I can wait to see how it all shakes out.
