    seat options Empty seat options

Post by johnnyvee Tue Mar 08, 2016 4:31 pm

Hi All, I see a few seat options like the Fiero and the Miata mentioned for the E-100 pickup. There have got to be many other options. What else has been tried and worked. Has anyone tried a Chevy Colbalt? The seat rails are just about the same width, and the seats are around 19" wide. I really think they will work. I took a seat out of my Toyota Tacoma, and it is just a little bit too wide. I think I will try the Colbalt if I can find a nice set of the right color.
    Any thoughts or suggestions?............Thanks........johnnyVee

I have a friend that is running 90's Grand Am seats in his pickup. Tells me they almost bolted in. Had to drill a couple of holes in the bottom pan. I would think Colbalt seats would be very similar.

I'm putting dodge neon seats in mine. Size is good. They have a right angle bolt up on the front of the rails

I got a pair of buckets from a Smart Car for my 2nd gen Chevy. They're about 19 wide, but had to remove the arm rest & the ears for the seat belts. Not bad seats.

I installed seats from a company called suburban seats.  http://www.suburbanseats.com/

Call them and tell them what you have and they will guide you as to what model to buy (can't remember the model, it was a few years ago & I can't remember a few days ago).

    Look for online coupons.

Search my posts. I have a thread on this topic.
