Is there any registration for Sunday's event? Got my '67 A108 back from the shop, so I'm planning on making it out.

This is a FREE event. No cost to register/enter. But we do sell raffle tickets (some great prizes) and 50/50 tickets to help with the costs of running the show. We will also be selling Baker's 2016 T-Shirts and a few other goodies so bring some $$$$.

What a show! 59 vans registered but more than 60 showed up (some didn't register due to late arrival). I can't believe it came and went already. It ended way too quickly. Thanks to all who came and participated. Congratulations to the award and prize winners!

Re: Baker's '16
Sorry I haven't posted any follow up as of yet but I've been so busy with work I just haven't had time. We had 60 vanners register, plus a few that didn't, so we're up at least 5 vans from last year! Thank you to everyone who attended, who supported, who offered kind words of encouragement, and to all who bought raffle tickets and 50/50 tickets. It's from those sales that I'm able to continue to fund this event. We had some new vans/vanners along with many of the usual "suspects". Fun was had by all. We gave away lots of great prizes, goody bags, dash plaques, and awards. Thanks again everyone and we'll see you for Baker's Lucky 13 next year!

Re: Baker's '16
Funny you should ask..... I am in the process of prepping for Baker's 2017. I just finished typing up this years' letter asking for prizes and donations for the raffle. I'm not doing goody bags anymore - just too much hassle and too time consuming. I'd rather spend time on the event itself. I still plan on dash plaques, awards, and a raffle to help cover expenses. Registration will still be free. The date is Sunday, June 25. I will also post this information under a separate topic and I'll be adding the flier soon. SPREAD THE WORD!!!
