A little more progress over the weekend. Just have to finish striping and painting the last feew dog house panels and lid and she will be button up. Decide to use 3M D shaped rubber seal for the dog house to floor gasket. http://www.amazon.com/Support-8Meter-Rubber-Weatherstrip-Hollow/dp/B013WDNF7G?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00. Also, decided on insulating for heat and sound using Thermo Tec 14125K, http://www.jegs.com/i/Thermo-Tec/893/14125K/10002/-1.
Front seat Installed with one side of the dog house so I could wire up the battery box.

I like the 3 point seat belts. I saw where people are using different set-ups on other threads, Do you know where your belts are from or where they in there when you got it?

Uante, I installed the belts, went with the Wesco stuff, a little more expensive but they look good. Check out this thread. https://vintage-vans.forumotion.com/t48573-seat-belts .

Ah those are Wesco...Did you get the bucket seat 11" option?
Looks good and I'd feel better about not going through a nice original windshield in case the unfortunate were to happen.

Bit by Bit. Got the dog house completely installed, still need to pull the cover back out and paint. Installed the passenger seat and received the dog house cover from the upholsterer. Right now he just added Velcro to the back of the center cover, I may need a couple screws to hold it down somehow...Also pictured are my sun visors. I also replaced teh motor mounts, what a difference, no more engine slamming down when I shift from 1st to 2nd, drives much smoother and quieter now.
The sound and heat insulation is pretty amazing stuff, made a huge difference!

Yep bought from Jegs, See link I provided a few posts above. Actually last night after driving 20 minutes on the highway the passenger side or exhaust side of the dog house was actual pretty hot to the touch, not working for heat as well as I think it should. Might try doubling up that side as I ended up with extra. Sound wise it is amazing, now I can hear all of the other rattles now instead of the engine noise. Haha

I already bought the same stuff. Still need to install it. Sucks that you say it isn't that effective. I have a V-8 with headers to worry about...

Hoosier, answer one question for me, did you find any pieces of straw down the back of your shirt? Was it itchy?
Just kidding, looks Great!

Haha crap is everywhere, I had to trim about 6 inch off each side to get down to around 5 feet wide. Need to toss up about a gazillion more staples and final trimming but it's coming along.
