Not bad yet=?? looking @ the top areas- (vista cruiser add) appears the area will need some rust repairs & paint repairs. Im not a fan of the colors or the plane jane black headders to chrome "Side pipes. another in by back yard area too.

it's a nice van but the roof area looks like a problem area,
not sure what is up but i can't see the same painter doing
the entire van and then making a roof look like that .
my guess is either brazing or welding bubbles pooping out.

I'm thinking they sprayed on some sort of bed liner or duragaurd on the roof then painted over that. We use that kind of stuff on vehicles up here to stop the salt from eating through the lower panels. Once applied, you just paint over it and you end up with a bubbled finish. Now normally it's only put on 4" or so to cover the lower rocker panels and up inside the fender well areas, and it's hardly noticeable until you get right down to look at it. jm2c.
