I cant seem to get my horn button off. Should it just pop out of the socket. I need to get to the canceling cam. Any Ideas?

Yes. It just pops up. Be very careful it chips easily on the edges.

man this thing wont budge this is on there. I thought it might had a hitch like the left front lugs being left handed thread whats up with that..

Push down and turn left,I think it's just like the Fords. I've taken them off before and I believe that's what I did.

there should be a rubber o ring that hasn't moved in 40 plus years try some penetrating oil then what Tim said

Got it off just now. I was tring to pull the whole button off ...... Thank god I didnt break it... By the way. I love the Dodge.

Van Crazy, For some issues I had in removing my steering wheel, see my thread, "Steering wheel removal", in Between the "A" Seats, section of this site. Hope yours comes off more easily than mine did.
