I live in central Indiana, I'm looking to have the inline 240 and the three speed tranny rebuilt. Is there anyone who specializes in old fords like this, or anyone have recommendations on where to get this done thanks a lot.

Ask around for reputable machine shops in your area and look online. Ask prices for boring/honing the cylinders, polishing your crank, head work and assembly if your not going to do it yourself.
Ask about rebuild kit prices and search the internet also. All I can say is do research and figure out how far you want to go with it then make your decision. You might want to disassemble it yourself cuz I think most charge for that too. Check out this website also.

KOI stores have a machine shop. They redid my heads so I assume they do whole engines. You may check out Jasper Engines also.
