Pretty sure the the late 50's Chevy truck and even car ones were the same. Brothers sells nice repro ones:

As you get further into restoring your van, check the threads on re-routing the parking light wires at the back of the headlight light switch so the parking lights stay on with the headlights, not off like they were shipped and not required prior to 1966 or so. Its a simple terminal switcheroo....
