The lenses look like they should work. Chevy recycles marker lights occasionally. classicindustries.com has the same lenses in an amber or clear for about the same price.

They are close, but not identical. You can get them to work, but from what I recall, you will have to file off the little 'tabs' on top of the lens in order for the truck/suburban parking lenses to fit into the grill of the 2nd gen van. You can compare where the tab is on your original van lens if you still have it. You will note that the location of the small tabs on top and bottom is different than the placement of the truck lenses.

I did a bunch of research looking for lenses for my 68.
I ended up doing the same as Joyride did.
Bought those lenses (but in clear) They are not angled like the van lens. You will have to cut about 1/8 " off each side and carve the lip of the top and bottom to make it look symetrical. Then re-polish you cut areas.
The gasket shape and screw holes fit correctly.
They are cheep as a repop, think I paid $6 each for mine. I did find NOS 2nd gen lenses at $87 each. That was a little too rich for my blood.
