If it were me, being the improvisor I am, I would source some backing board suitable for the panels from either an upholstery supply house or shop that would also have a selection of fabric or vinyl in the texture and color I want, get some spray adhesive and do it myself. There's Hobby Lobby also. I did some panels this way a long time ago on an old 64 Plymouth Sport Fury I turned into a drag car. I removed the covering from the old bloated warped backing board and traced around it on the new board, drilled, carefully chiseled and cut the slots for the retention clips, spray glued a thin layer of backing foam and then the vinyl. Wasn't stock or original but it looked pretty damn good and was cheap. A bit of labor and scrounging but the A100 panels are pretty simple from the looks of it, and with a little patience and reading up should be an easy project.
