Contact this eBay seller in Canada, claims to have over 40K NOS brake cables. I got the exact one for my '64 from him. http://stores.ebay.com/capscablesandmore/ it says even if they don't stock it, they can custom make it for any vehicle! It was real nice, had the correct size ball end for the handle and the threaded stud for the adjuster at the other end and the length was spot on.
