Head Bolt Washers Empty Head Bolt Washers

In the process of building a l6 for my truck, I decked the block .020 and shaved .060 off the head. So according to the Falcon Performance book I should put hardened washers on the head bolts to prevent possible bottoming out of the head bolts. I found mine at Fasteners, a local nuts and bolts supply house, 14 of them $2.72.
