Hi All, great group you have here! We recently picked up a 1969 A108 Travco Camp Wagon. 225 Slant 6, A727 Loadflite, dash mounted shifter, PS, Good condition, Runs and drives great. Looking forward to rehabbing the interior and doing some camping. Going to install a Diner Booth we scored on Craigslist. (photochopped) Any other Travcos out there?

Nice looking camper! Congrats and thanks for the pics. In order to not chop off the pics, try choosing 640 pixels from the drop down box before pasting in the pic. That usually allows you to see the entire pic. Looks like it's in nice shape!

I just realized you're in Massachusetts. Whereabouts? Good to see some Vintage Vans around here since there's not that many around anymore! Welcome aboard!

Hey Vanny, thanks for the photo help. Yeah we are in Andover, but frequent Harvard and Lancaster often. Did you go to the Up in Smoke BBQ Contest in Keene NH last year, good showing of Vintage Vans.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I had a '68 Chevy 90 SportVan back in college and I had been looking for another vintage van. When I logged onto Craigslist MA one evening and the Ad had just been posted. Had the van the next day....boom!

I'll have to check out the BBQ! Thanks for the info. Do you ever go to Cruise Night at Kimball Farms in Lancaster during the summer? I keep going in hopes of seeing vans but haven't yet. Just a VW every once in a while. Hopefully if all goes well and if Spring ever gets here, I'd love to get mine running well enough to bring it down there. This site is great for any questions or advice. Welcome to VV!
