I know this is getting old, but on the pictures of trucks I like they might list the wheel size but not the backspacing. People talk about putting 10'' wheels under their econolines but I can barely  fit 7'' rims under mine without rubbing. Please post pics of your tire and rim combos with width and BACKSPACING and even tire size if you want, and if its a stock rear end or modified, on all vans and pickups, ford ,chevy and dodges. Thanks.
    Mine--14x 6 with 195/75/14, 375 backspace, stock 9'' rear end

Don't know if this will help, but they make benders for wheel wells to give more room

As you have figured out, a 10" wide wheel will not fit the stock wheelwell.
You have to raise the suspension so it sticks out of the body (not 10 wide, but you get the idea)

cut out the lip and add a flare,

or "tub" it with bigger wheelwells and a narrowed axle.

Which direction you choose will determine what offset to use. The first 2 require a big offset. The last can use any offset if the axle width is determined using the wheel spacing.

A few of the wheels I'm looking at list both a 4 1/2 and a 3 3/4th back space on a 8'' rim. I'd like to see pics of what different backspace's look like on the stock rear end of the econoline. I thought dodge and chevy people might like to know also, that's why I said show them all.
