V8 Kick-down Linkage Bracket

Hey All,

A local friend and A100 owner was missing his kick-down linkage bracket. So I played around in the garage and was able to fabricate them.

In the parts manual they are part# 14-11-17

Anyone else interested?

Here is a picture of the original [right] and the new one [left].



It was fun making them. The new one has a spray on rubber coating [several layers], the original has a dip style rubber coating [two dips]. I tested the linkage for fit, it worked well on both brackets.

I have a couple 'spares' in anyone needs one.
