    Can someone with a pickup take a measurement from the ground to the fender lip in the rear? Im trying to see what was stock height is as I think my rear springs might be sagging. Thanks. Ps I have 14'' wheels on it now.

    I think 19" to the floor level was advertised stock height, not sure to the bumper.

    Thanks Rip, I'm running 14'' wheels, 6 leaf springs ,and I'm getting 25 ''. While looking at picts of trucks with 15'' tires it seems they had more clearance between the top of the tire and the fender lip, That's why I thought mine was sagging.

    That advertised height was in '61 with the stock 13" tires, lol!

    you really have to consider the full tire size, not just the wheel diameter. a 245/65/14 is going to be taller than a 245/30/20. any ride height data without a full tire size isn't going to help.

    A better way to compare ride heights is to measure from the center of the wheel to the fender lip, that eliminates tire size variable.

    Don't forget too that some guys might be running air shocks. I just put a set of 14x10" rears on mine and believe me I need air shocks lol

    LOL,,,,,,,,,, reminds me of running the Bridgestone wet and dry indys when I was a younger kid at 16.  All jacked up so the tires wouldnt hit, cops writing tickets for mud flaps and illegal tires on the street,,  Van Nuys Blvd about 46 yrs ago,,,, LOL..

     bounce Yes, that was ASSOCIATED VANS,, FIRST van club in the country!!!!!!!!!  flower  1966 and my room mate in the front,,,,, mine next back I believe,, I don't remember the picture being taken way back then, but for sure that was one of my club house partners in front, recognize some other trucks also,, Bill Morriss with the 1st GENII in the club,, the yellow one in the back ground,,, some others also, strange how that got on an album cover,,,
