    Up and back.
    Reverse is up and forward.
Second is down and forward, third is down and back.

    1--R
    !
    3--2

yes thank you dix and smiley for the nats parts express - i have the column in but i dont have something right yet - it is hanging up in the shifting and now i have play at the top at the steering wheel to column that i did not have before - so i dont have something together correctly - i can tell though that once i figure it out it will be a big improvement - oo3
