    i am having trouble finding remanfactured carb for my a108
    it is a carter bb off a 67 slant6 - single barrel.
    is anyone running a different carb that will work with a 67 slant6 3.7liter
    any advice at this point would be appreciated

    Call Summit Racing and ask the tech to cross reference it for you. Carter was purchased by Holley as far as I can tell (even though carters look like edelbrocks) and the BBD 2BBL for example is now sold under the Holley name with a different part number.

    I found mine on Summit by looking at the pictures and calling with a few questions. Also, a rebuild kit should only be about ten bucks, I'd try that before I got a rebuilt one.

    My re-manufactured one was still acting funny and didn't want to idle properly so I rebuilt my old one and it works great.
