Only thing I get from my wife is a lot of flak. Sounds like you got a keeper! Those windshield gaskets are $$ too!

Re: She's A Keeper!
Larry, it says you are 21, hope you play it cool and not get too drunk.
Also, I'm really diggin' that someone your age knows and loves Janis AND vinyl!
Here's one you might like. I like to play this on Sunday mornings, 'cause my mom and dad used to play their classics (like Gershwin) then...

Rod, Married 35+ I was 21 once I think. The first kid was strapped to the dog house, I/we had to upgrade when #2 came along.

Re: She's A Keeper!
I thought I was a little young myself for Janis but I love all genres (favoring 50-late 60's) no matter how old or new. I have always enjoyed her music, especially on wax on her first original release album (which I own) My wife and I enjoy her music so much that we named our youngest daughter Joplyn. Obviously with different spelling using lynn which is a family name. Anyways, if Joplyn would have been a boy he would have been named Hendrix. YEa , were HIppieish

Re: She's A Keeper!
I was just cleaning out my gf's dads garage (he passed away several years back) when mom came across a cassette tape travel box. She thought it would be funny and gave it to me expecting a laugh. I opened it up and it was filled with dire straits, steely dan, etc.
I about flipped my lid! She was blown away that I even knew who they were let alone loved that stuff! HAHA!!!
Morale of the story? YOU ROCK LARRY!!! And happy birthday!
