Seems like they made everything back then with a lot of style, including trailers! Neat that the top was an actual boat and it looks like when you take it off, they have fasteners all around for a cover so when you're out in the boat fishing and it starts to rain, you don't have to worry about the stuff inside getting wet.

Around here in Methville people would be to scared to take the boat off of it. So it would be useless. Thieves are so bad here in my town you have to install locks on your dogs house so they wont steal them!

What a difference from when we grew up! Too bad it's like that now. We just moved from my wife's hometown a few years ago because it was heading in that direction. Now we're in a small town and have only been here a few years and we know 10 times as many of the neighbors as we did after living 22 years in that neighborhood. The kids all go to each others houses in the neighborhood and have a great time. We love it here and wish we had made this move a lot sooner. We couldn't think of a nicer place to raise our grandson!
