The Legacy Plate is a modernized replica of the yellow, black
or blue license plates used in California in the 1950's, 60's and
70's. The modernizing is the addition of reflective additive
to the background color of the plate. You can choose what your
plate says. You can put any color on ANY year California vehicle.
