possibly a dumb question , looking at a posible spare ,but can a stock 1st gen radiator for a g10 w automatic ,actually work if you have clutch ,by just plugging screw holes . also is a stock one 4 row ?

I don't know if there is such a thing as a manual transmission radiator anymore,,,,,,they all have the 2 holes on the bottom,,or side tanks, that just go in and out,,,,,they don't go into the coolant,,,,trans fluid just goes in and heats up the coolant,,,,,this just makes the trans fluid cooler and the coolant hotter,,,,,they never meet,,,,and a stock radiator is 2 rows of tubes,,,,3 rows are the heavy duty,,,,,and 4 if you can find wide tanks to fit all those rows of tubes,,,,,I think you would have a hard time getting air to flow through 4 rows in a 1st Gen......
