    The Chevy Van Ad thread

So, just checking from the other end - as this is basically the only VV circle I see being active - there's a guy somewhere in WA that made an offer for the rig... Of course, I'm looking at grabbing it as it is close and cheap.

Any of you guys looking to get parts off of it?

My suggestion is if you want it you better not hesitate. They don't come along very often that look that good for that kind of price.

If you still want to find the other guy looking, it could be someone from Vintage Chevy Van Club also.

I'd grab the van for $200 and leave him his precious $400 wheels bwahhahaahaha!!

Seriously though, if you pick it up just post the parts you want to liquidate, they'll go fast.

Plus one to wideload! He called it right on the money I'm sure. If you're that on the fence go for it.

@ WL: That's my concern. Sadly my father is way old school European, so he's not the sharing kind when he's involved.

After the purchase is done, it's my deal.

@ bow and Goth: That's another thing, I don't want to pull the rug out from underneath somebody.

The money has been transferred for it already, I'll attempt to get a hold of the guy and see if we can work something out.

Thats good to hear. It sounds like the previous pseudo buyer has just not done anything, so yeah I hope it gets into your happy little hands my friend. Smile Im always glad to see a good deal go to the right place. As for the other guy... Well if he really wanted it he would have jumped on it. Im sure you let the current owner know that if the first guy falls through "call me" so to speak. Smile

Aaahhhh, no. The other way around. Sad

The seller took less money from the other guy, which has already been wired. Supposedly the buyer is picking it up this weekend.
If it falls through for some reason, then he'll immediately give me a call.
