How has anyone replaced the panel below the front door?

I have very successfully used the other replacement panels from Mac's all around the the bed and rear corners, but I haven't seen these anywhere? I suspect it just grab a piece of sheet metal and start welding & bending, but I am hoping someone will have the ground breaking idea that will make this an easy job.

No one makes that rocker patch. I have a pair that I got off a van that was getting scrapped. I haven't done the install yet, so I'm looking forward to your replies. Smile I suspect it is very similar to replacing rockers on any unibody, except they're a lot shorter. I know you're going to need to weld in some braces to keep the door frame from shifting when you cut out the bad rocker.

Those panels consist of an outer skin (the rotten part in your pic), and an inner structure that forms a "box" for strength. I'll try to get some pics for you.
