First trip of the year.

Went to a county park about fourty miles away. It rained about an inch on saturday but we still managed to have a good time.









It's really a nice park. The north end is where they stack the campers like cord wood, we like the south end, hardly anyone down there..

Nice pics...and looks like a great spot you picked out beside the water. Makes me want to go camping now.

Thanks guys, It ws a blast even with the rain. We had great things for the grill and good drinks in the cooler, and our dog "Clyde" wore his hinder to a frazzle...we could hear his eye lids slamm shut!!

That was at 300mm so 1/500 f/5.6, I was standing a ways away.

Yes, the awning was with the van when I got it, though I fairly sure its aftermarket. We'll have it out again in a couple weeks- YEEHAA!!
