Unrestored Van/trucks

How many folks here own unrestored vans/trucks. Very few were bought new and pamperd though some like campers, probably had a little better survival rate, original examples (90%O.E.M.)of any van/truck are still some what unusual to run across.
If you have one please posts a pic if you would..

I have got a 67 Falcon Van and five window pickup. I am presently working on the pickup. I have included a link to my photobucket albums. It has the pickup and the falcon in it. The other van is my eight door that I currently drive. Enjoy the pics.

This van in Eric's album is unrestored. The van came from Northern CA (thanks once again G-man!) and the top had a lot of patina. Patina in SETexas quickly turns into something else so we had to repaint the top. Most of the paint in this pic is original.

I've got this crusty old 67 pickup. Still in factory original special order vintage burgundy. I've had it around 15 years or so. I had ideas of a total restoration but decided against it. It's just a little too ruff. Now I just want to get it back on the road and drive it like it was meant to. A friend came over and helped me put a 240 in it. I just need to wire it and reinstall the doghouse, go over the brakes and fuel system. Hope to get it done this summer. I'll patch up the bad stuff but I want to keep it's original paint as much as I can. I like the crusty look on this one.

The pic on trailer is last fall when I drug it out of the barn and parked it at my shop. The last pic is the latest. The 240 is back in it and it's sitting level again. It's been a long time since it's sat level. Now I just have to find the time to get everything hooked back up. The 8 door is in the barn waiting. It's still in limbo. I got a new nose for it but haven't put it on yet. The Super may become a donor again as we got Rip Van Arkie his own Super last Dec so he'll leave mine alone. LOL. The Miss Used nose is getting hammered straight so I'm waiting on it to see If I may use it instead of my new nose on the 8 door.



Just juggling my Econolines to see what goes where. LOL. This nose may end up on the 61 5 window. Dunno. Too many thoughts in my head. I do know I want to drive my 67 PU.

Just so everybody knows what we are talking about. Got a lot going on here at the Econoline Ranch!! LOL. I need a staff like Jay Leno has, Of course I'll need Jay's money too!

here is my '66 falcon deluxe club wagon. one repaint in 46 years.

Mine is pretty much OEM stock.

The only real changes are slots, side pipes, a wooden steering wheel, aftermarket fan, electric fan and a mechanical oil/temp gauge set.

I still have all the OEM parts and it's running the original 273v8 power plant. See my signature for a photo link.

I've got a 100% orignal van besides the aftermarket 70s radio and police caps.

MY 65 G10 , 3RD OWNER . I BOUGHT IT FROM PERSON WHO FOUND IT PARKED/GARAGED FOR ABOUT 15/20 YRS . HE SAID THE ORIGINAL OWNER HE BOUGHT IT FROM BOUGHT IT NEW AS A CAMPER SPECIAL W/ THE SLAT CRANK OUT WINDOWS A FEW MINOR CAMP STUFF INSIDE. ALL HAS BEEN DONE TO IT IS 1ST REPAINT ,AND REPLACE SLAT STORM WINDOWS WITH CLOSER TO STOCK , THEN JUST FRESHENED UP MECHANICS . ORIGINAL 153 IS STILL IN AND KEEPING IT THERE .
ONLY ADDED PIECES ,15 IN RALLYS AND SEATS , NEWER RADIO .
SINCE PICS I INSTALLED RECOVERED STOCK SEATS ,FROM ROMAN . INSTALLED STOCK AM ,AND NEXT UP ORIGINAL 13 INCHERS, AND HOPING TO FIND PERFECT LOOKING HUB CAPS .THEN WILL POST UP FRESHENED PICS .
I WILL GET THE PICS TRANFERED FROM GALLERY IN A BIT . A LITTLE SLOW ON COMPUTER BRAINS

My 67 PU is all original, paint, original seat material, 170 3 sp, rims, pop top hubcaps, Tailgate and pass flip fold seat. Needs some TLC though. Ran good enuf to make Bakers, alto 45-50 it took awhile.

I suppose a 66 Falcon with a 289 and shag carpet does not apply?
