Good Day!!!!

billski and Digz came by today and is always great to see vanners. Made my day!!! billski pickup the Baker's stuff to help out because I sure I will be in some kind of treatment by then. This is a big help to me because I want the Baker's show to keep going. By next year I'm hoping to take it over again.

Digz is going to take the 64, I'm keeping the motor to sell, but he's taking on and going to finish the 64 with that bad ass 454 and jag rear end.

We went to lunch and had a good time and got to know Joe's wife a little better. Joe that woman to good for you. LOL

So happy to see that those who are able are stepping up and helping out. Can't waite to go that baker's run I keep hereing about and meeting lots of fellow Vanners encluding the G-Man himself. Hopeing in a couple of years and we will be there, I'm thinking it would make a great honeymoon...lol.

Well if it had to find a new home, I can't think of a better one than with you. The two of you have been thinking along very similar lines as far as your new projects for some time now and I know you will make Chris proud! If he couldn't keep it, I'm very happy it's found a new home with you!

Wow, this is good news indeed! Ive been thinking about you Gman ever since your first post about your situation, wrestling with what I could do to help out. I literally got goose bumps reading this post. Looks like youve got your van situations headed in the right direction for now, just stay postive, do what the docs tell you and we'll keep you in our prayers.

Yes G-Man it was a good day! Any day you can spend with friends, talk vans, and have a few laughs is a good day! Joe and Mrs. Joe (forgot her name) are good people. It's good to see your van (my old van) go to a good home, and one that's close to home. You and I will have to take road trips to Joe's to keep an eye on the progress. I spent the better part of an hour going through the Baker's stuff, organizing it, and stacking it. I always look forward to the show and to seeing you there!
