Me, getting up close and personal with my Chevy Van

Every time I start talking to my wife...." Ya know, I was thinking.." to which she immediately cuts in with "Let me guess, something about your van, right?" Then I gotta quick make something up or she'd have the upper hand, lol! She thinks she knows me!

Beside, I'm layed off I work, and she works 7 on, 7 off at the hospital. Nobody here to tell me to give it a rest.

I hear you bro!!! My wife & son just don't dig my old vans like me. If I even mention my van I get Cars, Cars, Cars!!! From my wife.

Actually she loves the van, but grows tired of my unending van chatter.

Nip, stop talking vans with the wife unless she asks. Talking vans is what we are here for and we never get sick of hearing about them

I think she was a little mad this morning when i called her from the junk yard and said i wouldnt make it home before she had to leave for work (noon). And we almost never fight, seriously. But i was getting short answers when i was talking, so i might have to tone it down a bit. But I really needed that 3.36 rear end and front sway bar before somebody else got it! You guys understand.

Just tell her "it was on sale" she'll understand that!

So, saturday night, I'm in the garage when my wife comes home from work around 11:30pm, walks in the garage and says "Smells like sex in here. And I only see you and your van." She's a comedian.

Then last night after she came home, i was already in the house watching a movie. A while later when we were getting into bed, I say "Notice i havent talked about the van since you got home?" And she says "Did you two break up?"

Endless comedy here lol!

About a year ago my "Better Half" Mentioned she thought I was spending to much time and money on my vans. I simply told her "Your right sweetie, Guess I'll start hanging out at the local bar with the guys every-night instead!"

Haven't heard another word since........
