CHECKED WITH SUMMIT , THEY SAID THEIR BOOKS SHOW NO 65 G10 VAN ADAPTER KITS TO ATTACHE ONE OF THEIR CLASSIC WOODGRAIN STEERING WHEELS . BUT THEY DO SHOW A ADAPTER KIT FOR 65 CHEVY PICK UP . DOES ANYONE KNOW FOR SURE WHAT KIND OF ADAPTER KIT FROM GRANT , MATCHES UP W/ 65 CHEVY G10 ? THANKS FOR ANY INFO .

i dont know for sure, but i swapped lots of g.m. wheels from '60's, '70's and '80's and they all had the same shaft. if you have a wheel from a newer g.m. you could see if it fits and if it does, order adapter to fit that vehicle. you could take your wheel to a junkyard claiming to find something that will fit, they might evan have a few off. then just pass on the wheel. depending on what you want, you might just find something there.

I TRIED BOTH EBAYS ,, 1ST NOT SURE IF ITS COMPATABLE W THEIR CLASSIC SERIES WHEELS , (SENT QUESTION) BUT THE 2ND , THE ACTUAL KIT , IT ISNT SHOWING COMPATIBLE TO ANYTHING THAT OLD (BUT SENT QUESTION ANYWAY).
THIS IS A DRIVING RUNNING VAN , WAS BASICALLY WANDERING IF ANYONE HAS PERSONALLY BOUGHT A GRANT WHEEL , AND BOUGHT THE ADAPTER KIT TO USE ON A 1ST GEN G10. IF THEY DID , WHAT YR AND MODEL CHEVY DID THEY USE AS A COMPATABLE CHEVY MODEL VEHICLE . NOT REALLY LOOKING TO GO TO DEEP IN FIGURING IF GRANT HAS A KIT FOR IT OR NOT . JUST WANDERING ......

you have to click "check aplication" and it will list everthing i already typed above. then go to grant, click "check aplication" and it will list everything i typed above except g10.

before posting thread ,i called the Grant steering wheel co. thats when i found out they dont have a kit for 65 g10 . thats why i posted thread i am looking for a compatable car /truck with same stock bolt up arrangement in the column as the 65 g10 so i could try that yr and make car/truck . thanks again , my mistake for not being clearer.
